Learning And Development Coordinator
Location: Fairfax, VA
Job Summary: We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to support training and learning programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training and learning activities.
- Support the creation of training materials.
- Track employee/learner progress and training records.
- Assist with scheduling training sessions.
- Work with trainers and team members to support learning programs.
- Analyze feedback and performance to improve training.
- Maintain accurate training documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in training, education, or learning and development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work with diverse learners and teams.
