School Seasonal Coach Seasonal On Call - Temp NBE St. Louis, MO, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1931 Title: Seasonal Coach Position Type : Part-Time, Seasonal Summary The Seasonal Coach advances Principia by supporting the management and delivery of Upper and Middle School athletic programs while fostering character development, sportsmanship, and care for each student‑athlete. Reporting to the Athletic Director, this role collaborates closely with fellow coaches, students, and families to create a positive, disciplined, and engaging athletic experience aligned with Principia’s values. This position plays an essential role in team practices, competitions, and program operations across a variety of sports, contributing to a well‑rounded athletic program that supports students’ physical growth, teamwork, and leadership development. Primary Responsibilities Assists with planning and leading organized practices and athletic events Teaches sport‑specific skills and demonstrates proper techniques Meets regularly with the Head Coach during the season to support overall program direction Supports athlete training, development, coaching, and mentoring Assists with setup, operation, and breakdown of home and away competitions Core Competencies Principia values the unique strengths each employee brings to their role.
