Professional  

• FM or IM Trained 

• 100% Outpatient 

• • 40 Minute New Patients / 20 Minute Follow Up Visits 

• Leadership: 32 Hours Patient Contact / 8 Hours Admin 

• Call: Phone Call Only, Only ~3-4 Weeks/Year
