A Healthcare Company is looking for a Contracts Assistant to join a healthcare organization in Valencia, California. This Contracts Assistant supports the contract lifecycle by helping renew agreements, coordinating communication with vendors and internal teams, and keeping documentation accurate and up to date. The Contracts Assistant works closely with the Contracts Manager and is well suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple follow-ups in a fast-paced administrative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the progress of contract renewals and assist with selected new agreement activities to help keep deadlines on track.

• Examine contract documents for missing details, inconsistencies, or items requiring clarification, and escalate questions as needed.

• Communicate with vendors to collect information, discuss outstanding items, and support term discussions under manager guidance.

• Partner with department leaders to gather service needs, budget considerations, and operational requirements tied to agreements.

• Track contract status, organize next steps, and follow up with internal stakeholders and external contacts to maintain workflow momentum.

• Maintain complete and accurate contract records by uploading executed documents into the contract management system.

• Provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager, who oversees final review, edits, and approval of contract language.

• Participate in a hybrid work schedule, including onsite training and ongoing in-office collaboration aligned with team needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in contract support, contract administration, or a related administrative role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal departments.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling documents, follow-up tasks, and status tracking.

• Ability to manage several assignments at once while meeting deadlines and responding to changing priorities.

• Comfort working under direction and applying feedback to support contract processing accurately.

• Proficiency in administrative office tasks, data entry, and general coordination responsibilities.

• Experience using a contract management platform, including Intelligent Contract, is preferred.

• Background in healthcare, hospital, or social assistance settings is a plus.
