Bilingual Contractor Support Representative

Providing bilingual support for clients, the full-time Contractor Support Representative will manage inbound calls and client requests while ensuring service levels are met in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Leverage web-based applications to manage client accounts and order services, including background screening reports Maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer retention and achieve first contact resolution for support inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates to clients, meeting call center metrics and turnaround times Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years of experience in an inbound customer service environment or equivalent education experience Experience in background screening or analytical review roles preferred Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a plus
