Strategic HR Manager Payroll, Compliance & People Growth

AMERICAN BOARD OF FAMILY MEDICINE INC in Lexington, KY seeks an on-site Human Resource Manager to lead payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. You will implement HR programs, coordinate with leadership, and support a high-performing staff culture. The role requires 5–10 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and strong HRIS/payroll system skills.
