Documentation SpecialistThis position is a document processing role within a structured team. The work is repetitive in nature and requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Team members are responsible for completing one step in a four-step document review process, allowing each file to move efficiently through workflows.Job FunctionsResponsible for initial document review, data entry/ typing, pagination, final quality ReviewRouting electronic socuments for signatureReview customer test reports & customer cards for accuracyType test customer test reportsPrepare and email customer quotation at direction of sales teamReview the test sample entry for accuracyOracle order confirmation and proforma invoice entryProvides excellent customer service to clients, and maintains positive interaction with peers and supervisorsProvide administrative support to operations team to increase the overall efficiency of a company's daily business operation.Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning and emailing.Performs additional office management tasks as directedAdheres to internal standards, policies, and proceduresQualificationsEducation and ExperienceAbility to coordinate multiple projects at once.Ability to work independently, use time wisely and multi-task.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitesLanguage Skills: EnglishMathematical Skills: IntermediateReasoning Skills/Abilities: IntermediateComputer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational and interpersonal skillsPay Range: $20.00-$23.00/ hourAdditional InformationCompensationThe expected salary for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
