Join a dedicated team making a direct impact in educational environments! Two contract opportunities are open for experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) eager to support student growth and success. Both roles offer full-time schedules and immediate start dates, providing a chance to help students reach their fullest potential.

In these roles, you’ll work alongside educators and families, evaluating students and managing an assigned caseload, while ensuring compliance and best practices in all occupational therapy interventions. Your insight and collaboration will be essential for student development in both general and special education settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT evaluations and manage student caseloads with a collaborative team approach
• Participate in special education evaluations, reevaluations, and IEP meetings
• Develop and implement individualized OT goals, accommodations, and support strategies
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services across a variety of classroom settings
• Work closely with teachers, paraeducators, families, and student support personnel
• Adapt materials, equipment, and activities to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records, write evaluation reports, and manage documentation for compliance
• Employ student data to monitor progress and inform service delivery
• Engage in required team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Valid OSPI certification/licensure
• Proven school-based OT experience
• Strong familiarity with IEP writing, special education evaluations, and compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve for diverse student needs
