Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make an impact in the lives of K-12 students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting learners in a vibrant school setting. This part-time contract offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators and help students reach their full communication potential.
As an SLP, you'll work with a diverse caseload of K-12 learners, using your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders. Whether you're a seasoned professional with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) eager to gain school-based experience, your passion for pediatric care will shine in this rewarding role.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong candidates completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, evaluations, and assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct speech therapy services in individual or group settings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate strategies for student success
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
