Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in school settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, creative, and flexible approach to meeting each student’s needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within educational programs
• Write and maintain accurate documentation and IEP updates in compliance with school and state standards
• Engage families in the therapeutic process, offering strategies and education to reinforce progress
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings as needed
