Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Mississippi
• SLP-CCC certification (or Clinical Fellow Year candidates encouraged to apply)
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills
• Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload and provide individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support classroom success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services provided
• Offer consultation and training to staff and caregivers to promote best practices
