Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Analytical Team and Training and Procedures manager (Administrator I) in the Information Validation Section, the Analyst III is involved with technically complex projects and assignments related to the ongoing operation of the Return Analysis (RA) business process to the EDR Case Management Application. This includes the implementation of any new processes, technology, or systems. The incumbent will identify opportunities for section workflow and processing efficiency improvements and implement accordingly. The Analyst III will work with section, bureau, division, departmental staff, and vendors to help ensure the section’s systems, processes, and procedures are operating efficiently and effectively. Lastly, the incumbent will represent the section, bureau, and department by leading and participating in special projects and on Enterprise teams.

Working Conditions

This position requires 4 or more days in the office per week. It is designated office-centered and may be eligible for some remote work based on departmental guidelines and operational need.

• Demonstrated experience working across diverse programs, activities, or organizational areas, providing a broad understanding of departmental and enterprise-wide operations.
