From anticipating needs to uncovering thoughtful details, you'll use your knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail to make every interaction feel effortless and memorable.Your ability to turn requests into experiences will create WOW moments that make each stay truly unforgettable!THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour + CommissionsTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Professionally and efficiently process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues, including amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotionsRespond to and assist with guest conflict resolution in a timely mannerBuild strong relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts as a brand ambassador with guests and vendorsStay current on citywide offerings and build a professional network within the hospitality communityMultitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requestsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GEDOne (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or ConciergeParticipation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USACurrent Notary and Bilingual preferredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Free meals in our Aria employee dining roomFree parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts propertiesProfessional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groupsWellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts
