Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Client: Leading Global Streaming / Digital Media Company Title: Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Onsite Personalization Location: New York, NY 10036 / Doral, FL 33172 / Burbank, CA 91502 -On-site, 5 days/week Duration: Contract of 09 months (Extension/ Conversion will be based on performance) Pay Range : ($70 - $75) on an hourly basis Job Description: We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build, launch, and optimize personalized marketing campaigns across web, mobile web, and Connected TV. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, campaign automation, and customer journey optimization. Responsibilities: Build, configure, QA, launch, and optimize personalized lifecycle campaigns. Manage audience segmentation, targeting rules, triggers, frequency caps, and journey orchestration. Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot production issues. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Marketing teams. Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through personalized experiences. Required Skills: 3–5 years of lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or product marketing experience. Hands‑on Redfast/Recurly Engage experience required. Strong campaign management, personalization, segmentation, and analytical skills. Experience managing multiple campaigns and cross‑functional stakeholders. Preferred: Braze, Marketing Cloud, Journey Optimizer, Iterable, SQL, CDPs, A/B testing, APIs/webhooks, and subscription lifecycle metrics such as churn, renewal, conversion, and LTV.
