Dietary Manager – CDM Certified

We are hiring an experienced Dietary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dietary department in a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements:

• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification required

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations

• Experience managing dietary staff and department operations

• Ability to manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food service

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Organized, dependable, and hands-on

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dietary department operations

• Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

• Manage food ordering, inventory, and supplies

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Work closely with nursing and administration to meet resident dietary needs

• Help maintain a high standard of quality and resident satisfaction
