Relationship Manager

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager within our WorkMarket Business Unit. In this role You will combine analytical and relationship management skills with the ability to simplify complex information to help clients develop the skills and confidence to use the WorkMarket platform with ease. You will provide expert service and consulting that makes our workforce solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. To thrive in this role You will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and retention, overseeing client experience by offering best practices, consultative support, guidance, and advice. You will develop and enhance business partnerships by building trust with our client’s key decision‑makers to understand their financial position, business and strategic objectives, and requirements so our clients can focus on what matters most to them – growing their business. You will partner with internal stakeholders and functions to deliver a seamless client experience. What you’ll do Build Relationships: Own your own book of business and ensure client satisfaction through regular and consistent touchpoints. Exceed client expectations in every interaction, drive retention, identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, and leadership) to remedy and ensure success. Support clients through training, consultation, and opportunities to upsell and generate use of the platform. Hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP’s core value of Integrity is Everything. Educate and Provide Recommendations: Leverage WorkMarket and ADP product knowledge to solve client issues and help clients understand our products’ value. Turn client input into recommendations on best practices and solutions training. Conduct an annual recap of all activities completed on clients' behalf and discuss goals for the upcoming year. Identify new service or product opportunities that support our clients from recruiting to retirement and coordinate with Sales as needed. Organize to Thrive: Thrive in an environment that requires setting priorities, organizing your day, multi‑tasking, operating in the gray, changing direction, and providing prompt follow‑up. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in client services, sales, professional services, and/or SaaS implementation with proven proficiency in managing client relationships. Ability to travel up to 10% based on client need. Strong interest in SaaS and product. Excellent collaboration, organizational, time‑management, customer‑service, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines amid frequent interruptions. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive levels within client organizations and third parties, resulting in a consultative relationship. Experience partnering and influencing across a matrixed organization. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, and demonstrated proficiency with time‑management and conflict resolution. College degree is a plus but not required. Preferred Qualifications Passion for process improvement and efficiency. We Offer Competitive salary range: $53,900 - $107,900 per year (or $45,800 - $93,000; actual depends on location, skills and experience).
