Dental Assistant (DA)

Our client is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join their growing private practice in Southborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment where teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional care are top priorities.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday – Thursday
• Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with long weekends every week!

Compensation:

• $23.00 – $26.00 per hour.
• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Take digital radiographs (as permitted by certification).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
• Current Massachusetts dental assisting requirements/certifications, as applicable.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and clinical procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent patient care.
