Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be part of the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team and will be responsible for configuring and integrating out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions and tailoring them to meet unique business needs. The role will focus on ServiceNow GRC development, integrations, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules in alignment with solution requirements.

• Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.

• Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.

• Configure Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.

• Create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.

• Perform data imports into GRC application tables.

• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.

• Execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.

• Create and maintain technical solution documentation.

• Participate in Agile sprints and Scrum ceremonies as a member of the product team.

• Provide ongoing production and end-user support.

• Participate in deployment planning while ensuring adherence to software compliance standards.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer.

• 3+ years of experience as a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.

• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and related technologies, including AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.

• Strong proficiency with GlideRecord queries and ServiceNow scripting.

• Strong experience implementing REST APIs and ServiceNow integrations.

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

• Experience configuring and integrating ServiceNow GRC solutions.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC).

• Experience building integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.

• Experience building integrations using REST APIs.

• 4+ years of experience working in Agile practices and building software in an enterprise environment.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
