Your Role Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant commission payments by interpreting compensation plans, validating sales crediting, and managing monthly and quarterly reconciliations. Ensure cases logged by the sales teams are thoroughly researched and resolved within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. Resolve compensation disputes and escalations with stakeholders to maintain trust and data integrity. Partner closely with Sales Enablement Business Process Services (SEBPS) and Incentive Compensation Design (ICD) teams to support Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) design and implementation, including full participation in new-year User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities to ensure accurate and timely commission payments. Collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross‑functional teams to validate data and solve complex compensation‑related challenges. Operate independently with strong judgment, applying specialized expertise to influence process improvements and drive consistent, well‑governed commission operations. You're The Right Fit If You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, sales support, order management, or other related fields of work. Your skills include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. PivotTables, advanced formulas, data validation) to perform complex data analysis and create dynamic reports (required). You also have experience with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Access, OneBI, PowerBI, Tableau, Anaplan, Workday, and ServiceMax (preferred). You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, finance, data analytics, or other related fields of study, or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in TN is $89,000 to $141,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
