Traveling Conveyor Project Manager - Nationwide

Job Summary

PeopleReady is hiring Traveling Equipment Trainers / Project Management Trainees for an immediate nationwide opportunity. We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined candidates who are comfortable traveling, learning new equipment, and training others.

Candidates may live anywhere in the country , but must be willing and able to travel nationwide for approximately one week at a time. This position offers up to $37/hour and provides an opportunity to develop into future Trainer and Project Management roles .

We are looking to move quickly, with an estimated first travel date of September 3, 2026 and initial training expected to begin September 4. (Can be negotiated)

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations throughout the United States
Learn the operation of conveyor and material-handling equipment
Train and coach others on equipment operation and processes
Clearly communicate instructions and procedures
Work independently while traveling
Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude
Learn new machinery and processes quickly
Participate in additional project management training when available
Represent the company professionally at customer locations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with conveyors, warehouse automation, material-handling equipment, manufacturing equipment, or similar machinery preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Previous training, coaching, leadership, or instructional experience is a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Comfortable working with and speaking to groups
Able to work independently and adapt to different locations and environments
Interested in growing into a Trainer or Project Management position
Must be willing to travel nationwide for approximately one week at a time
Must be available to begin travel around September 3, 2026
