Responsibilities Identify prospects and cultivate relationships with potential clients throughout the territory. Drive aggressive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and consultative selling. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Continuously uncover and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries. Partner closely with operations leaders to create customized solutions and winning proposals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and business leads. Represent AVI Foodsystems with professionalism, integrity, and passion. Contribute to our mission, vision, and core values while helping shape the future of our organization. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales and business development. Experience in contract food service, vending, office coffee service, hospitality, facilities management, or related industries preferred. Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and manage a large territory. Competitive, driven, and goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for winning. Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of the Virginia/Washington D.C. market or willingness to relocate.
