Growing manufacturing company has a terrific opportunity available for a Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Manager will be involved in staffing / recruiting, safety, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Requirements • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). • Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with employees at all levels. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Ability to cultivate positive working relationships. • Good reasoning and sound judgment skills. • Proficient knowledge working in Windows environment and software related (Outlook, Office, etc.). Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Communication and/or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 5 years’ human resource management experience.
