Responsibilities include the receiving, storing, and/or shipping of materials or finished goods: ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to all safety and administrative policies and procedures.Your Impact:Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct.Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.Coordinate the timely and cost effective delivery of fabricated devices.Plan and coordinate available resources to achieve quality, production and financial objectives.Organize daily work flow to produce highest productivity possible within the department while maintaining product quality.Responsible for scheduling and expediting all work through the department.Recruit, hire, train, and develop department personnel.Build good communications between the warehouse department and its customers, branches, Central Purchasing and all departments within Hanger.Ensure a safe working environment and promote "safety awareness" among employees.Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and other governmental rules and regulations.Create and distribute all department reports and summaries.Assist the Supply Chain management with all personnel issues.Ensure adherence to all administrative and financial policies and procedures; develop company spirit and teamwork within the department.Minimum Qualifications:MinimumHigh school diploma or equivalentTwo years' distribution experience warehouse experienceOne year of distribution center supervisory experience or equivalent experienceWilling to travelA valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.PreferredBS in Business Administration or equivalent experienceTwo years of distribution center supervisory experience or equivalent experienceWMS and RF Equipment experienceAdditional Success Factors:Proven problem solving skills.Proven organizational and time management skills.Proven interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Proven supervisory or leadership skills.Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects as well as ongoing production work.Proven track record of productionProven track record of quality assuranceComputer skills must include word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry experience.Ability to create, develop and maintain positive working relationshipsAct with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change.Focus on superior outcomes, and calibrate work processes for outstanding results.Pay range of $30.29 - $36.06/hour + bonus+ benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with State Law.
