We are a fast-growing, licensed Minnesota general contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters for both retail homeowners and insurance restoration claims. What You’ll Do Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows, gutters) Work retail and insurance restoration projects Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process Write estimates and close contracts Manage projects from signed agreement through completion Maintain your pipeline and follow-up Leads & Business Development This role offers multiple ways to generate income, with door-to-door canvassing as the primary lead source Door-to-door canvassing (primary focus) Storm-driven demand and targeted neighborhoods Office-provided leads (supplemental) Referral partners and B2B relationships Top performers take ownership of their pipeline and build a strong, consistent book of business Base + commission structure Bonus and incentive eligibility Independently manage retail and insurance restoration projects Leadership and mentorship opportunities Performance-based advancement Growth is performance-based—not tenure-based What We’re Looking For Sales experience preferred (construction or exterior sales is a plus) Insurance restoration experience is a plus Strong communication and time-management skills Self-motivated and competitive mindset Comfortable generating your own leads Valid driver’s license Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs Training & Support Structured onboarding Leadership access and field support Modern sales tools and technology Defined goals and advancement path Company tablet Clear path to leadership Why Honest Exteriors?
