Member Experience Teller & Financial Services Advocate
Cascade Federal Credit Union
Cascade Federal Credit Union in Tacoma, WA, seeks a full-time member service representative with a high school diploma or GED to provide excellent service. Responsibilities include processing transactions, troubleshooting member issues, and balancing cash drawers. This position works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. No travel is expected, and the role requires maintaining knowledge of regulations and internal procedures.
