Sr. Project Manager - $20M+ Commercial Construction

Senior Project ManagerReporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale commercial projects while providing leadership to project teams and maintaining strong client relationships.Lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects valued at $20M+. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies. Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractor partners. Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers. Oversee change management, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.
