Senior Director, Growth Marketing

About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale Jasper’s enterprise growth engine. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead our integrated growth organization spanning field marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and organic growth (SEO, GEO, and AEO). You’ll partner closely with Sales to accelerate Jasper’s enterprise, account-led growth strategy while driving predictable pipeline and revenue. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable setting company-level growth strategy and diving into campaign performance, funnel analytics, and execution. You’ll lead a high-performing team and pioneer how AI transforms modern growth marketing—from campaign execution and personalization to experimentation, measurement, and optimization. You’ll work closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product, and the executive team to shape how one of the fastest-moving AI companies in the market grows. What you will do at Jasper Build Jasper’s Enterprise Growth Engine Lead Jasper’s integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and account-based marketing. Build a unified growth engine that accelerates pipeline across our enterprise sales motion and leverages AI to continuously improve speed, personalization, and performance. Run World-Class Enterprise Marketing Programs Lead Jasper’s field marketing and account-based marketing strategy, bringing together executive events, customer engagement, digital campaigns, and sales plays into a cohesive enterprise growth motion. Partner closely with Sales to create high-impact programs that build relationships, accelerate pipeline, and expand strategic accounts. Partner Deeply with Sales Work as one team with Sales leadership to define target accounts, build account-based programs, prioritize investment, and drive predictable pipeline generation and expansion. Own Growth Performance Use data to evaluate funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize investment, and improve conversion across the customer journey. Establish forecasting, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable fast, informed decision-making. Partner closely with GTM Operations and Data Science to continuously improve the systems that power growth, including lead and account scoring, routing, attribution, funnel measurement, and account prioritization—ensuring Sales and Marketing are aligned around the highest-value opportunities. Build and Develop a High-Performing Team Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, organic growth, and field marketing. Coach leaders, raise the quality bar, and build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning. What you will bring to Jasper 10+ years leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing, including experience supporting enterprise sales motions. A track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs. Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, website optimization, CRO, and modern growth strategy. Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning. Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to diagnose problems, prioritize investment, and improve funnel performance. Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams while remaining close enough to the work to coach and contribute. A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on operating style—you enjoy moving between executive planning and campaign execution. Curiosity about AI and a demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve how marketing works. Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership. Compensation Range At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $224,000 - $280,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
