The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of initiatives to drive revenue and ticket sales across the club, with a sharp focus on supporting ticket sales for the 2028 season and beyond at Etihad Park. Reporting to the Director of Growth & Retention, this role is responsible for accelerating ticket sales and expanding the fan base through data-driven, full-funnel marketing strategies. This leader will own performance marketing and growth efforts, partnering cross-functionally with the ticketing, business strategy & analytics, content, and brand teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading paid media strategy and performance across social, search, display, and emerging platforms, driving efficient revenue growth and measurable incrementality
• Managing and allocating media budgets across channels based on performance and business priorities
• Optimizing campaigns to drive ticket sales, lead generation, and fan acquisition at efficient CAC / ROAS
• Owning website / landing page roadmap to support performance in tandem with integrated marketing plans
• Developing A/B tests to optimize website performance across ticket sales and lead generation
• Working closely with the Associate Manager, Growth & Retention to monitor site performance on a weekly basis and develop clear, actionable insights & recommendations to improve performance in support of business goals
• Owning relationships with external media agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, transparent reporting, and continuous performance improvement tied to ticketing outcomes
• Partnering closely with the Ticketing & Business Strategy & Analytics teams to align media strategy and Ticketing Plans (Priority matches, offers, inventory, etc)
• Building scalable, automated fan journeys that move fans from awareness to first purchase, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty in partnership with Ticketing & BS&A
• Translating insights into action, adjusting media channel mix, pacing, messaging, offers, or other tactics and integrated marketing strategies based on performance
• Owning single-game offer roadmap, partnering with Ticketing & Business Analytics to align strategy against goals. Working cross-functionally with content, design & brand teams to bring offers to life as needed
• Defining & reporting on core KPIs, including CPA, ticket revenue, total ticket volume, ROAS
• Collaborating with Content & Creative to brief & develop high-performing assets to fuel performance channels
• Owning the development of performance marketing creative briefs
• Working with Partnerships to integrate sponsors into growth campaigns

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing within a consumer-facing industry
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets with a strong track record of driving measurable growth and revenue outcomes
• Deep understanding of paid media strategy, attribution, and performance measurement
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategy
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals
• Comfort building roadmaps and playbooks from scratch
• Strong understanding of or direct experience in ticketing, sports, entertainment, or live event ecosystems is a strong plus
• A passion for storytelling, fan engagement, and growing women's sports
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

This position is a hybrid position, based at Gotham FC's business office in Jersey City, New Jersey, with additional remote days. Ability to attend all home games and any mandatory events as necessary. A willingness to travel for other business-related needs, as they arise.
