Athletics Ticketing Coordinator

Athletics Ticketing Coordinator Xavier University, a member of the BIG EAST Conference, seeksqualified candidates for the position of Ticketing Coordinator,which will serve an integral role in the operations of the ticketdepartment. This is an hourly position and will focus on the management andexecution of ticket operational tasks such as training of studentworkers, scheduling workers for all events, processing of ordersand other general office tasks as needed. Other duties will includeassisting the department with gameday box office support,coordinating sales and service for customers, e-mailcommunications, and collaborating and supporting other departmentinitiatives including fundraising and hospitality efforts. Theposition will be required to work in the office as well as atathletic events. Qualifications include: 1+ year of experience in a collegiate ticket department orrelated field Professional, results-oriented self-starter who takesinitiative to solve problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multipleresponsibilities Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Proficiency with Paciolan ticketing and Eloqua marketingautomation systems is preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management or a relatedfield is preferred Employment Term Start Date: Beginning no earlier than August 1,2026. This is a 10-month position for 1 year with the mutual option for apossible 2nd year. Evening, weekend and holiday hours will berequired and schedule may vary. There are no benefits attached tothis position. This position will work no more than 25 hours perweek from August through May. Compensation Hourly rate of $15/hour.
