Product Manager, Insight Cash

Summary At CCT, we build software that changes how casinos operate. More than 350 properties worldwide run on our Casino Insight platform, trading manual processes for intelligent automation and turning mountains of data into clarity. We’re evolving that platform, and the product thinking behind Insight Cash is where you come in. As Product Manager for Insight Cash, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and day‑to‑day execution of our core cage management and cash operations software, used by cage, vault, audit, and accounting teams across our entire client portfolio. This role is built for someone who has been a product manager in a startup or early‑growth‑stage environment. You’ve worn many hats, built process from scratch, and driven outcomes without waiting for perfect infrastructure. You move easily between strategy and hands‑on execution. We’re also building AI into how we ship, and you’ll engage with that effort directly, whether through prior experience or the drive to develop that fluency quickly. What You’ll Do Own the Insight Cash roadmap , balancing customer commitments, platform migration, and longer‑term strategic investments Maintain a clear prioritization framework and surface tradeoffs so stakeholders understand how decisions get made Translate business goals and customer needs into a product vision the team can rally around Lead ongoing discovery through customer conversations, interviews, field visits, and feedback from Client Solutions and Support Become the internal authority on casino cage and cash operations workflows Partner with Engineering and QA to define, refine, and deliver features , writing clear requirements and maintaining a healthy backlog Drive release planning across Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Solutions Evaluate where AI capabilities can create real value in Insight Cash, and champion AI tooling across the development lifecycle What Makes You a Great Fit 4 to 7 years of product management, including meaningful time at a startup or early‑growth‑stage company with broad scope and high ownership A track record of owning a product end to end , from discovery through delivery and go‑to‑market Strong discovery and research skills : interviews, synthesis, and translating insight into prioritized decisions Close partnership with engineering teams , writing crisp requirements and navigating tradeoffs with clarity and respect Excellent written and verbal communication, from requirements to customer‑facing release notes Self‑directed and comfortable with ambiguity A genuine orientation toward AI as both a product capability and a way of working Nice to have: Building or scaling a PM function in an early‑stage environment Responsible AI practices (accuracy, auditability, trust) in regulated settings B2B SaaS in operational or back‑office workflows Supporting a desktop‑to‑web migration Background in, or curiosity about, the gaming and casino industry About CCT CCT is the creator of Casino Insight™, the award‑winning platform trusted by more than 350 casinos worldwide to automate cage operations, revenue audits, and operational analysis.
