Branch Manager on Duty: Safety, Service & Leadership (PT)

The Cross Island YMCA in Queens is seeking a part-time Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead the branch operations and deliver a high-quality member experience. You will handle emergencies, supervise staff during shifts, conduct facility rounds, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The role requires CPR/AED certification, a high school diploma, and completion of MOD training within three months of hire; prior knowledge of emergency procedures is essential.
