Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans; assess patient health data; communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams; personalize patient education; support professional development and team collaboration; assist with technical procedures like injections and IV management; participate in quality improvement and research activities; monitor wound/ostomy care if skilled; ensure HIPAA compliance; transport acutely ill patients as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required), 1+ year oncology/infusion experience (preferred), BLS/CPR certification, current Illinois RN license. Skills Strong clinical assessment, communication, patient education, teamwork, and technical skills. Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays, with travel to other clinics. Demonstrates compassion and cultural sensitivity.
