Sr. Graphic Designer

Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite Monday–Friday) We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager with a strong background in CPG and retail marketing to lead the development of packaging, shopper marketing, and digital creative assets. This role will partner closely with marketing and leadership teams to deliver impactful brand experiences across retail and consumer channels. Key Responsibilities Design packaging, labels, retail displays, POP materials, and in-store signage Create digital advertising, email marketing, and social media assets Ensure brand consistency across packaging, retail, and digital channels Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns Manage creative projects from concept through final production Mentor and support junior designers Qualifications Strong portfolio featuring both print and digital design work Experience within CPG, retail, or agency environments Proven packaging and shopper marketing experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of print production and retail creative development Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
