Manual Lathe OperatorOur client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Manual Lathe Operator to join their team. As a Manual Lathe Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Manual Lathe OperatorLocation: Somerset, PAPay Range: $17+ based on experienceShift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with Saturday shifts availableWhat's the Job?Operate manual lathe equipment to produce precision partsFollow detailed work instructions and safety guidelinesInspect finished products for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsWhat's Needed?Ability to operate a manual lathe independentlySteel or composite toe boots requiredDress code: jeans/shorts & t-shirt (comfortable, vulgarity-free)No drug or background checks requiredOpen to candidates with minimal or no prior experienceWhat's in it for me?Competitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunity for overtime, which is encouragedSupportive work environment with a focus on safety and qualityConsistent Monday through Saturday schedulePotential for career growth within the organization Manpower Inc
