Assembly (Glue Operator)

1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Overview

A growing manufacturing company in Elkhart is hiring an Assembly - Glue Operator to support production and assembly operations. This role involves working with foam products, applying adhesives, and helping maintain consistent product quality on the production line.

What You'll Do

Perform assembly and glue application on foam products
Assist with production line operations and material handling
Operate and support glue equipment safely
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

Ability to read a tape measure (test required)
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Strong attendance and reliability
Foam or adhesive experience is a plus, but not required
