Inside Account Manager

Company Overview:

Dealmed is the fastest growing medical supply manufacturer and distributor in the US. As we expand our reach into new markets, we are looking for additional talent to complement our growing team of professionals.

We are hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to work in our Brooklyn office, to grow market share both locally and nationally.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Pursuing new business using cold-calls as well as warm leads.
• Maintain and upsell existing customers
• Win back old customers
• 50- 70 outbound calls a day
• Monthly goal achievement
• Use of company CRM to track daily activity as well as pipeline
• Develop a strong relationship with customers via calls, texts and e-mail.
• Working closely with sales management to develop sales strategy.
• Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management

Qualifications:

• Proven success vs goals and quotas
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Multitasker and problem solver
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience:

• B2B inside Sales experience preferred
• Medical sales experience or medical supply knowledge preferred
• Multilingual not required but a plus

Salary: 

• $40,000 - $55,000 per year plus commission
