This position involves providing direct clinical patient care in the operating room environment, supervising staff, and supporting the facility's chief nursing officer in ensuring high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role requires assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care on a per‑shift basis, with a focus on pediatric surgical patients. Responsibilities Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Supervise staff and delegate care as appropriate. Support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care. Maintain unit-level responsibilities and accountability. Qualifications Valid nursing license. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience. Experience in operating room pediatrics. Educational credentials as required for nursing licensure. Ability to work in the specified location. Willingness to stay 13–16 weeks; onboarding on the 4th floor.
