About the Role:
Estes Handyman LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our swing shift team in Myrtle Beach, SC! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hands-on crew where no two days are the same and your skills truly make a difference. If you take pride in your work and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you! Schedule will vary from week to week and may need to work both 1st shift 7am-3:30pm and 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm throughout the week. This person will need to hold a valid driver's license and will be required to be on call to fill in as needed and complete service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across assigned properties or facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential problems before they escalate
• Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related minor repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Document completed work orders and report any major issues to management
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely

Requirements:

• Prior experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade
• Ability to work swing shift hours on a part-time schedule
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
