Contracts Specialist

CR Fletcher is partnering with a growing company to find a Contracts Specialist. It is predominantly responsible for timely creation and processing of leasing
and financing contracts to be signed by commercial end-customers and funded with their funding partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with and manage leasing and financing transactions on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare, edit, and deliver standard equipment leasing and financing contracts, including leases, loans, assignments, post-closing documents, and closing binders for contract storage
• Audit all signed documents to ensure adherence to credit approvals, policies, and established guidelines
• Coordinate and resolve issues with salespeople, commercial end-user customers, suppliers, funding partners, and other transaction parties
• Prepare funding packages for funding partners and facilitate payment to suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's degree in a business field, or at least 3 years of applicable business experience
• Strong, effective written/verbal communication skills required
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
• Prior experience in the leasing and financing industry highly valued
• Proven ability to handle high volume workload and multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Adherence to laws and best practices related to customer and financial data
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Products with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook
