Customer Service Representative-Sales We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bluefors. In this role, you will support customer interactions by processing requests, generating quotations, and ensuring accurate order handling, all while delivering a high level of service. You will process customer orders and changes in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer needs and provide timely feedback regarding any concerns. In addition, you will perform export compliance screenings in accordance with company policies and review purchase orders, contracts, and terms and conditions to ensure alignment and accuracy. You may also support additional tasks assigned to help meet departmental and organizational goals. We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or GED and six months to one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An associate degree or coursework from a two-year college or technical school is preferred. You should have strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and meeting customer needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential, along with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. You should be comfortable with data entry and processing, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and dependability in a fast-paced environment. We also appreciate candidates who have experience working with ERP systems and CRM software, as well as those with bilingual language skills. The position requires regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and copiers. While in the manufacturing environment, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally to humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, heat, cold, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderately loud, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as applicable. Work environment: This role operates in both office and manufacturing environments.
