Halcyon Horizon is a locally owned company operating three automotive repair shops across the South Bay. We're investing heavily in our facilities, people, technology, and operating systems to build some of the best repair shops in Northern California.

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who is ready for the next step in their career.

You'll join us initially as a Service Advisor, working alongside an established team while learning our systems, standards, and approach to running a high-performing shop.

But we're specifically looking for someone with the ability and ambition to do more.

For the right person, there is a near-term opportunity to step into a Shop Manager role with increased responsibility and compensation.

We're not going to hand someone the keys to a shop based on an interview. We want to work together first, see what you can do, and give you the opportunity to demonstrate that you're ready to lead.

What You'll Do

• Build strong customer relationships through honest recommendations and exceptional service
• Write estimates, present repair recommendations, and help customers make informed decisions
• Work closely with technicians to maintain an efficient and productive workflow
• Ensure Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) are completed and communicated effectively
• Help manage scheduling, car count, workflow, and customer expectations
• Follow up with customers and help turn recommendations into approved work
• Maintain strong organization and communication at the front counter
• Learn and help improve our operating processes
• Take ownership when you see something that needs attention
• Develop the skills and experience necessary to lead an entire location

What We're Looking For

• A builder's mindset—you naturally look for opportunities to improve the business instead of waiting to be told what needs attention
• 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience
• Strong customer communication and sales skills
• Ability to build trust rather than simply "sell repairs"
• Organized, accountable, and process-driven
• Comfortable working closely with technicians and managing workflow
• Someone who sees problems and takes action
• Desire to grow into greater responsibility and leadership
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Manager, or Shop Manager is strongly preferred.

Automotive technical knowledge is also highly valued.
