Front Desk Receptionist

Join Long Island's premier multidisciplinary pain management practice! Groth Pain & Spine is growing fast and looking for an upbeat, professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first friendly face our patients see.

Starting as a family practice and growing to become a thriving, multi-location organization with multiple locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties, we strive to provide the highest quality patient care. Our practice consists of knowledgeable, talented and high energy Physicians, APPs, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and Mental Health Professionals who value patient collaboration to create effective and successful treatment plans. With a staff that feels like family, we pride ourselves in creating an environment where you'll enjoy coming to work every day.

We're seeking a positive, enthusiastic and professional person to join our Chiropractic team! If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and want to make a genuine difference in the lives of patients, don't hesitate to apply!

What You'll Do

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Answer multi-line phones and relay messages via Teams/Outlook
Verify insurance, collect copays, and process referrals
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records
