Physician Assistant

Role: Part-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) conducting in-home health evaluations to support personalized care and improve health outcomes. Responsibilities Perform 45-minute in-home health assessments, including medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and optional diagnostic tests. Utilize an iPad-based workflow to document evaluations, without prescribing medication or altering treatments. Build trusted relationships with patients, providing education and guidance on health concerns. Conduct virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states. Deliver diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry and screenings. Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted license(s) in designated area(s). Board certification required; multi-state licenses preferred. Ability to cover primary locations, including Bellingham and surrounding areas.
