Job Description

Position: Material Handler / Stand-Up Forklift

Pay: $17.50/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Greenwood, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Material Handler / Stand-Up Forklift Operator for our client in Greenwood, IN to start immediately. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
Load, unload, and organize goods from tractor-trailers and shipping docks
Use RF scanners to track inventory and improve accuracy
Pick, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment, verifying shipping documents
Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and assist with battery charging
Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating stand-up forklifts required
Forklift certification/license preferred
Experience with RF scanners and inventory management preferred
Ability to lift and handle materials safely during shifts
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Skills:

Forklift operation (stand-up) and pallet handling
Inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and organizational skills
Order picking, wrapping, and shipment preparation
Conducting forklift inspections and basic equipment maintenance
Adherence to OSHA safety regulations and maintaining hazard-free work areas
