Hands‑on training and development to set you up for success A fun, fast‑paced work environment where every day is different What You’ll Do Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience by providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout; suggesting additional products; addressing guest concerns with urgency and involving managers as needed. Foster a team‑oriented, respectful work environment. Keep Our Stores Stocked & Fresh: ensure food and beverage items are available and meet quality standards; restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed. Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations; keep the store clean, welcoming, inside and out. Assist in inventory management and restocking. Responsibilities Greet guests and teammates with a smile, responding promptly and courteously. Respond promptly and respectfully to management directions, and be flexible and capable of working in all areas of the store. Prepares, handles, and serves food in accordance with safety and quality standards. Maintains a clean and organized food service area, ensures proper storage and labeling of ingredients, and adheres to all food safety regulations. Willing and able to clean all areas of the store, including breaking down food equipment and following established cleaning procedures. Ensures adherence to safety protocols when handling chemicals. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, and backrooms and coolers are clean, well‑organized, and maintained. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and provide excellent guest service. Ensure the register area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies while adhering to all cash‑handling policies and procedures. Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns, responding respectfully and compassionately while recognizing when to elevate issues to shift manager. Manage line lengths and provide polite, clear, and prompt communication to meet guest transaction expectations. Proactively inform guests about promotional food items to raise awareness and drive product engagement. Respond openly to feedback from guests, team members, and leaders, making necessary adjustments to enhance performance. Be a reliable team player, arriving on time for scheduled shifts, supporting teammates, sharing important information, and working effectively with individuals from different backgrounds. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or in progress). Previous experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment is a plus. A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing. May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations. Additional Information Fueld by Growth, Driven by You.
