Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Teaching Educator Certification
• SPED General Curriculum endorsement required
• Experience in special education within an inclusion classroom setting preferred

• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and planning

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction and support to a caseload of approximately 8–9 students in an inclusive classroom
• Collaborate with two established teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and track student progress, communicating regularly with families and staff
• Create a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment
• Participate in pre- and post-planning days as needed, ensuring a seamless start and end to the school year
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
