Location: Lyndhurst, NJ (Hackensack area)
Pay Rate: $22.00+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week. Multiple shifts available (see below). Alternating weekend coverage required. Holiday hours may apply.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Setting: On-site

Position Overview

We’re seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to deliver a high-quality experience in a fast-paced support environment. You’ll assist customers across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, process orders accurately, and represent the brand with excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat (as needed)
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Process orders, updates, and changes accurately according to procedures
• Provide order status, product/service information, and general support
• Document interactions clearly and maintain accurate records
• Identify solutions, follow through to resolution, and escalate when appropriate
• Look for opportunities to recommend products or services when it fits the customer’s needs
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Available Shifts

• 8:15am–4:45pm
• 9:30am–6:00pm
• 10:00am–6:30pm
• 11:15am–7:45pm
  Holiday hours may include: 12:45pm–9:15pm

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service/call center/retail support experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent phone etiquette
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and basic Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel)
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
• Weekend availability required; bilingual is a plus
