We are currently seeking motivated associate attorneys with 0-3 years of experience, ideally in insurance defense, to join our team in Tampa. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyze legal documents, including reports to carriers, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Conduct detailed legal research using Westlaw. Take and defend depositions. Represent clients at conferences, motion hearings, and other court appearances. Oversee complex cases from start to resolution. Collaborate with experts and team members to secure successful outcomes. Qualifications 0-3 years of experience in insurance defense (preferred but not mandatory). Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Experience in personal injury and/or bodily injury litigation (plaintiff or defense) is highly valued. Background in the insurance industry or corporate risk management is a bonus. Strong skills in case management and conducting comprehensive discovery.
