Training & Enablement Specialist

The Role

DK Law is seeking a CRM Training & Adoption Specialist to support the firm-wide rollout of a new CRM platform and drive successful adoption across all departments. This highly visible contract-to-hire opportunity will play a critical role in ensuring employees are equipped, confident, and successful in utilizing new workflows, processes, and technology.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this position blends training facilitation, business analysis, change management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is an engaging trainer who can quickly learn complex workflows, translate them into effective learning experiences, and identify opportunities to improve user adoption and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting CRM implementations, software rollouts, system adoption initiatives, or organizational change projects in fast-paced environments.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver live instructor-led training sessions both in-person and virtually across multiple departments.
  • Facilitate hands-on CRM workflow training using real-world business scenarios and operational processes.
  • Lead training cohorts throughout pilot programs and phased deployment rollouts.
  • Reinforce system usage standards, expectations, and best practices established by Learning & Development leadership.
  • Execute training plans and initiatives aligned with implementation timelines and project milestones.
  • Adapt training delivery methods as CRM workflows, processes, and business requirements evolve.
  • Provide just-in-time training and support throughout implementation phases.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and recurring issues to identify training gaps and adoption opportunities.
  • Translate operational processes and workflows into clear, practical, and engaging training experiences.
  • Identify CRM adoption challenges and escalate insights to Learning & Development leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, CRM teams, and subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users and project teams, helping improve system usability and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, walkthroughs, reference guides, and documentation.
  • Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and completion reporting.
  • Support LMS administration, uploads, learner tracking, and content updates.
  • Facilitate post-training reinforcement through office hours, coaching sessions, and Q&A support.
  • Monitor recurring knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to training and adoption strategies.
  • Support consistent behavior adoption and workflow execution across departments.
  • Provide structured feedback and reporting to Learning & Development leadership.
  • Role may include other relevant duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, enablement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering live training sessions in both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret workflows, processes, and user behaviors.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems, technology, and business processes into actionable training content.
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting CRM implementations, Salesforce, Litify, or similar system rollouts.
  • Experience supporting change management and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and training tracking systems.
  • Experience working within operational, service-based, or high-growth organizations.
  • Exposure to ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
  • Exposure to Genesys or similar contact center technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams during large-scale business transformations.
