Facilitator (Temporary)

Overview Boutique Facilitator - South Coast Plaza At CHANEL.
We are seeking a passionate, customer‑focused individual to support all aspects of boutique operations and ensure exceptional service.
Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service based on CHANEL’s service mantra: welcoming and greeting all clients, hosting “Be the ultimate brand ambassador” by providing continuous sales and service support.
Support the Operations team in maintaining incoming and outgoing shipments, assisting with inventory cycle counts and daily re‑ticketing.
Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
Open and close registers, handle cash and deposits.
Perform administrative duties, e.g., answering phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
Understanding of and passion for client experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
Position Logistics Minimum 1year of related experience.
High School Diploma (minimum).
Ability to lift up to 15lbs.
Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
In‑store presence required for opening/closing the boutique, receiving inventory, and shipping.
Compensation The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.70 through $27.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation.
